When using fiat services such as P2P trading, you need to link a bank card, Alipay, WeChat, or QQ Wallet. Once linked, you can receive and make payments in fiat transactions.
Operations Guide(Web)
Step 1: Go to [Payment Setup] page
You can access the page in two ways:
- Path 1: Log in to your Gate account – click the top-right [Avatar] – select [Security] – click the [Settings] icon in the lower-left corner – under [P2P Trading – Payment Setup], click [Manage] to enter the payment management page.
- Path 2: From the fiat page: click [Buy Crypto] – [P2P] – click the top-right [...] icon – [Payment Settings] to access the payment management page.
Step 2: Link a Payment Method
On the [Payment Setup] page, click [Add Payment] and select your fiat currency. Gate will provide payment methods such as bank card, Alipay, WeChat, or PayPal. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking process.
Step 3: Example – Linking a Bank Card
Fill in the required information such as [Bank Name], [Bank Branch], and [Bank Account Number]. Scroll down, enter the [Google Verification Code] or switch to another verification method, check [I have read and understood the Market Rules and Risks], then click [Confirm].
Step 4: View and Manage Linked Payment Methods
After successfully linking, your payment methods (bank card, Alipay, WeChat, etc.) will appear on the [Payment Setup] page. On this page, you can:
- Add – click [Add Payment] to link more payment methods;
- Edit – click [Edit] to update existing payment information;
- Delete – click [Delete] to remove a payment method you no longer use.
The platform supports multiple payment methods, which you can manage according to your needs.
Note:
- The linked card must be under your verified real-name identity.
- Linking other payment methods follows the same steps. Enter the required information and upload a [Payment QR Code] if required.
