According to Cyvers Alerts monitoring, the attacker is suspected of controlling the address 0x4C…3583E, upgrading the ProxyAdmin contract and executing the withdrawByAdmin function to transfer 18.4 million UPC (approximately 70 million USD) from three management accounts. The funds are currently still held at the address 0xFf7…334 and have not yet been exchanged.
