JPMorgan Chase & Co. $JPM Shares Sold by M&T Bank Corp
M&T Bank Corp significantly reduced its stake in JPMorgan Chase & Co. by 92.5% in Q4, selling over 1.6 million shares. Simultaneously, JPMorgan executives, including COO Jennifer Piepszak and CFO Jeremy Barnum, sold a combined total of 14,747 shares under Rule 10b5-1 plans. Despite these sales, JPMorgan reported strong Q1 results, beating EPS and revenue estimates, and analysts maintain a “Moderate Buy” rating with a target price of $336.16.
