Current market after the sharp decline in the past two days is now in consolidation, with a range of 2865-3000. Currently, I personally believe that unless it stabilizes above 3000, it will continue to consolidate with a further possibility of decline. Breaking and stabilizing above 3000 could indicate a potential reversal.
At present, it is only suitable for short-term trading, not for a single pattern. Waiting for a clear structure to emerge is also fine. This market is suitable for short-term and ultra-short-term trading; normal technical analysis has limited significance.
Ethereum's current small range is 2910-2970 with wide oscillation, Bitcoin is 86000-88000, and can be traded back and forth.
As shown in the chart below, there are only two points to watch: one is near the 3000 level, where a breakout followed by a pullback to go long; the other is the 2865 level, which is currently under observation after breaking down. From a technical perspective, it has reached a trend support, and there is still a possibility of going up, so don't be too pessimistic.
These past two days, I have been reflecting, although I don't know if it helps, I have reflected countless times. I think sticking to swing trading and short-term trading is best. After experiencing this wave, it was truly exhausting. Holding on is exhausting, profit retracement is also exhausting, making money but not taking profits is also exhausting—it's basically a kind of torment. To put it simply, it's because my self-cultivation is not good enough.
Starting next Monday, I will begin live streaming short-term trading with small stop-losses. I want to go all out and have a good year.
