American law firm Burwick Law accuses PumpFun operators and some executives of violating the Anti-Ransom and Corruption Organization Act

BlockBeats News, January 8 — Burwick Law, a U.S. law firm, announced that the plaintiff has filed an amended complaint today in federal court, accusing PumpFun operator Baton Corp, as well as Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, and some executives, of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
