As everyone cheers that the "altcoin season is coming soon", DXY quietly rebounds from the bottom of the major channel since 2008.
On the monthly chart, it formed a green candle at the 0.382 Fibonacci level. It is still uncertain, but if this candle forms an engulfing pattern, the alts might really see significant volatility this time.
BTC may approach a new high in the short term, but will then fall back to around 100,000 USD.
However, this road will not open before leaving a tombstone for alts.
My prediction for the end of this year is:
– The green candles continue, and risk assets are hit again.
– BTC has made a new high point.
– A DXY top forms a reversal candle with shadows.
– The channel has broken down.
– The United States has launched year-end local election campaigning, easing the market through money printing.
– Global tensions ease.
- The altcoin season is coming.
