Hello, this is a point card. You can click on the avatar in the top left corner of the app homepage - "Profile and Settings" - "VIP Privileges", click on the icon with "three dots" in the top right corner - "My Rates" - scroll down to "Spot Rates" or "USDT Perpetual", click on "More", click on the point card rate and then click "Confirm Use".
