Here we go again, the old routine of state-level regulation vs. exchanges. Based on data performance, the success rate of such lawsuits isn't actually very high; the historical records are right there.

Here we go again, the state government wants to block the way. Should have known it would turn out like this --- Prediction markets are indeed a gray area, and exchanges are forced to confront it helplessly --- Damn, three states teaming up? This is getting complicated --- Regulatory authority is always a tangled issue. Who actually has the final say? --- The federal government should step in and regulate. If local governments keep messing around, who will dare to do business? --- Prediction markets are fundamentally fine; it's just these politicians looking for trouble --- It's the same old approach—ban first, regulate later. Really annoying --- Can lawsuits win? I doubt it. US law has never been friendly to exchanges --- Feels like exchanges are just wasting lawyers' fees; they can't really change anything --- Does Michigan want to monopolize? That's just too outrageous
