The dining concept centers on contemporary takes of traditional American fare. The Merus Grill menu emphasizes made-from-scratch preparation with premium ingredients. All steaks are cut in-house and grilled in a 1,600° Montague broiler, featuring Certified Angus Beef with precise seasoning techniques.
The offerings span both lunch and dinner services, each with its own distinctive selections. Guests can expect prime rib roasted on the bone, premium cuts of beef, fresh seafood preparations, quality sandwiches, and distinctive entrée salads. Rotating specials complement the core menu, featuring items such as Tuscan Steak, Block Island Swordfish paired with Mango Papaya Salsa, and Chicken Milanese.
