After the sharp decline in precious metals, a rebound opportunity for mining stocks emerges. Is the market sentiment spilling over or is this a value gap?

【Crypto World】Recent voices have been emerging in the precious metals market. Gold has fallen to $4443 per ounce, and silver has also retreated to $77.34, prompting many seasoned investors to analyze the deeper logic behind this decline.

Interestingly, despite the plunge in spot metal prices, the hardest-hit assets are actually mining stocks. Many listed companies in the precious metals mining sector have seen their stock prices fall far more than the fluctuations in spot prices. What is behind this?

From a fundamental perspective, mining costs and market demand have not materially deteriorated, and the supply side of the industry chain is temporarily stable. However, on the trading level, these mining company stocks are priced even lower than the current spot prices—this is what is called valuation mismatch. In other words, the market may be overestimating the risks in the commodity sector.

Looking at the overall market trend, the S&P 500 index remains steady at 6947.39 points, with no signs of a widespread sell-off. This indicates that the so-called “crisis” is more about emotional spillover rather than a structural collapse. The panic in the commodity sector has spilled over into mining stocks, but this pessimism may already be an overreaction.

Coincidentally, Bitcoin has also fallen by 2.14% during the same period, currently at $91,742. The disconnect between cryptocurrency and commodity prices further confirms that the market is currently driven more by sentiment than fundamentals. For investors looking to buy the dip, the rebound potential of mining stocks is worth paying close attention to.

Mining company stocks are smashed to pieces, but spot prices haven't fallen that hard? This deal doesn't feel right. --- It's that valuation mismatch again, I'm tired of hearing it... Who's actually bottom-fishing and who's selling off? --- The S&P is still holding steady, which means it's not a crisis at all, just retail investors trampling over each other. --- I remember the price of gold at 4443... I've seen it before. Mining stocks do have a real chance this time. --- Emotional spillover? Isn't it just panic selling? Once the storm passes, it'll be time to buy the dip.

Another wave of emotional sell-off, mining company stocks are being hammered really hard, feeling a bit oversold.

Mining stocks being hammered this time are purely emotional selling; the fundamentals are fine... Wait, isn't this an opportunity to buy the dip?

Another day crushed by emotions, mining company stocks are falling even harder than spot prices... But isn't this a bottom signal? The fundamentals haven't worsened, it's just the mentality that has collapsed. Just wait, the moment of rebirth is not far away.

Mining company stocks are getting hammered? The fundamentals are fine, but the valuation is mismatched. Isn't this just emotional selling? ... I'm thinking about bottom fishing.

Mining stocks got hammered this time, which is really unreasonable. Spot prices didn't drop that much, but they fell even more? It's a typical case of being wrongly killed. I'm thinking about bottom fishing a bit.
