What separates builders who reshape Web3 from the rest? They're not just thinkers or just executors—they're both rolled into one. You need the vision to see what's possible, but vision alone gets you nowhere. The real magic happens when someone can actually build it, iterate it, and ship it. That combination of strategic thinking plus hands-on execution? That's what creates breakthrough results in this space. Most people lean too hard one way. They've got brilliant ideas but can't code, or they're solid developers without the bigger picture sense. The ones who crack it are those rare individuals who've developed both sides. The industry rewards those who can think deep and move fast at the same time.

That's true, but the reality is that most people can't even imagine it, let alone think about it and do it.

That's true, but to be honest, there are so many dreamers everywhere now, and very few can actually produce something tangible.

At the end of the day, you still need to be able to actually bring your ideas to life. Just thinking about it without practice is indeed useless. People who can code and see the big picture are truly rare; only such builders can survive in Web3. No matter how good the idea is, without execution, it's all pointless. I've seen too many vapor projects. Pure developers and pure strategists can't handle it; you need to be strong in both areas to win. That's why truly successful builders are so few—absolutely exceptional. There's nothing wrong with the explanation, but the reality is that 99% of people either have great ideas but lack skills, or have solid skills but no brains. Deep thinking combined with rapid iteration—easy to say, but incredibly hard to do.

That's true, but people like that are really too rare. All I have around me are daydreamers who only know how to boast.

That's exactly right. Having ideas without execution is just armchair strategizing, and on the other hand, coding silently won't get anything done.

Good ideas are meaningless without execution, but just coding without seeing the bigger picture is also a problem for most people. People who can possess both skills are truly rare, no wonder they can change the entire industry. Vision and execution are both indispensable; this is what true builders should look like. That's quite right, but the reality is that most people are only good at one of these, and I think I might be the same.
