A wake-up call for crypto community members: rethink your social media habits. Stop getting caught in endless reply chains, limit your posts to just one or two per session, and make it a point to log off regularly. It's a simple but often overlooked strategy—less engagement on the feed, fewer distractions, and better mental clarity. Many in the crypto space would benefit from stepping back and disconnecting rather than staying perpetually plugged in.

NGL, you're right, but the hardest thing for us crypto people is putting down the phone. We panic if we don't check the prices for a minute.

That's right, I'm actually a bad example myself haha, I just can't stop browsing crypto news updates.

Hi, you're right. I'm one of those people who are now being hijacked by Twitter, scrolling nonstop every day.
I totally get it. In the crypto world, people tend to fall into reply hell, insisting on arguing until there's a clear winner.
But it's easier said than done. How many people can actually manage to post only one or two messages a day? I need to reflect on myself first.

Oh, you're right. Scrolling through feeds every day really fries the brain.
Stop mindless arguing, this sounds so familiar... Why haven't I done that? Haha.
People in the crypto world have this problem. A single tweet can cause a fight until dawn. Taking a break really clears the mind.
I've already started to quit, the effect is okay but it's tough.
I thought about this a week ago, but why can't I change... So exhausting.
Honestly, I rarely use my phone now, and my fingers don't hurt anymore. That's the truth.
Well said, but who can really do it? I still posted five more tweets.
It really can improve your mood, but what if you miss the market opportunity?
