As a precaution, block validation has been suspended

Due to the high risk that the validation threshold may not be met during the current PoC cycle, the hosts have collectively paused the block validation process as a preventive measure.
Based on current assessments, the mechanism designed to address this situation may not function as intended. To prevent validators from completing the confirmation process under uncertain or unsafe conditions, the network has been paused prior to validator selection.

Next Steps

Confirm that no validator set can reach the required validation threshold
Verify the network status before final validator confirmation
Preparing a patch to address the identified issues
