The average nationwide price of white pork strips on the last working day before the holiday was 15.83 yuan/kg, supported by reduced raw material supply before the holiday, keeping pork prices firm. After the holiday, from the raw material side, breeding enterprises are actively slaughtering, and small-scale farmers are increasing their slaughter volume, resulting in sufficient pork supply across all weight segments. From the demand side, post-holiday terminal consumption is at its lowest point of the year, with smooth procurement by slaughterhouses, and households mainly using up refrigerator stock.
