NVIDIA partners with global telecom giants to build 6G networks on open, secure native AI platforms

NVIDIA announced today that it has partnered with BostAI, BT Group, Cisco, Deutsche Telekom, Ericsson, MIT Research and Engineering, Nokia, OCUDU Ecosystem Foundation, Open Data Center Committee, SK Telecom of Korea, SoftBank Group, and T-Mobile US to work on building the next-generation global wireless network on a native AI, open, secure, and trustworthy platform. NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang stated, “AI is redefining computing and driving the largest infrastructure build in human history, with the telecommunications industry being the next area of transformation. NVIDIA is working with global industry leaders to develop AI wireless access networks, transforming global telecom networks into ubiquitous AI infrastructure.” (Cailian Press)
