Jianghai Co., Ltd. announced that from February 10, 2026, to February 24, 2026, the shareholder Yiwei Investment, holding more than 5%, has reduced its holdings by a total of 9.902 million shares through block trades, accounting for 1.18% of the company’s total share capital. The shareholding decreased from 117 million shares (13.95%) to 108 million shares (12.77%). Previously, Yiwei Investment had disclosed a plan to reduce no more than 16.8415 million shares, or no more than 2.00% of the company’s total share capital, through block trades between February 2, 2026, and May 1, 2026. This reduction plan has not yet been completed.
