Ministry of Defense: UAE Air Defenses Intercepted 17 Ballistic Missiles and 35 Drones Today
The Ministry of Defense announced that the UAE air defenses dealt with today 17 ballistic missiles and 35 drones coming from Iran.

The ministry said in a post on its account on the "X" platform that since the start of the blatant Iranian attacks, the UAE air defenses have dealt with 537 ballistic missiles, 26 cruise missiles, and 2,256 drones.

The ministry added: "These attacks led to injuries to 3 people with minor injuries, bringing the total number of injury cases to 224 injuries, from multiple nationalities including: Emirati, Egyptian, Sudanese, Ethiopian, Filipino, Pakistani, Iranian, Indian, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Azerbaijani, Yemeni, Ugandan, Eritrean, Lebanese, Afghan, Bahraini, Comorian, Turkish, Iraqi, Nepali, Nigerian, Omani, Jordanian, Palestinian, Ghanaian, Indonesian, Swedish, Tunisian, Moroccan, Russian."

It stated: "No martyrdom cases or deaths have been recorded during the past hours, and thus, since the start of the blatant Iranian attacks, the total number of martyrs has reached two martyrs, in addition to a civilian martyr of Moroccan nationality contracted with the armed forces, while the total number of the dead is 10 civilians from the nationalities: Pakistani, Nepali, Bangladeshi, Palestinian, Indian, Egyptian."

The Ministry of Defense confirmed that it is on high alert and ready to deal with any threats, and to resolutely confront everything that targets the security of the State, ensuring the preservation of its sovereignty, security, and stability, and protecting its national interests and assets.
