Rapid7, Inc. announced inducement awards to employees and contractors of Kenzo Security, Inc. following its acquisition of Kenzo on March 26, 2026. These awards, comprising restricted stock units (RSUs) and performance-based restricted stock units (PSUs), were granted as a material inducement for Kenzo personnel to join Rapid7.
