People’s Daily Online Haikou, April 7th (Reporter Meng Fansheng) According to the price adjustment information for domestic refined oil announced by the News Release Center of the National Development and Reform Commission on its official website on April 7th, the prices of domestic gasoline and diesel (standard products) have increased by 420 yuan and 400 yuan per ton respectively. The Hainan Provincial Development and Reform Commission will implement the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in Hainan Province in accordance with the price adjustments announced by the National Development and Reform Commission, starting from 24:00 on April 7, 2026.

Note: 1. The prices in the table include consumption tax, value-added tax, urban construction tax, and education surcharge.

The gasoline and diesel prices in the table conform to the sixth stage mandatory national standards VIB for automotive gasoline and VI for automotive diesel.
The sixth stage standard products for gasoline and diesel are No. 89 gasoline and No. 0 diesel.
The table indicates that each liter of gasoline includes a vehicle passage surcharge of 1.05 yuan, while No. 0 diesel does not include a vehicle passage surcharge.

According to relevant regulations on oil and gas price linkage, the sales price of compressed natural gas for vehicles in Hainan Province has been increased from 5.90 yuan per cubic meter (equivalent to 8.20 yuan per kilogram) to 6.14 yuan per cubic meter (equivalent to 8.53 yuan per kilogram).
