Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd. announces that in 2025 it will achieve operating revenue of 81.019 billion yuan, up 32.94% year over year; net profit of 6.11 billion yuan, up 47.07% year over year. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 5 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, including tax, and will not issue bonus shares or convert capital reserve into share capital.
