Weike Technology announces that the company plans to acquire 70% equity of Fuzhou Xicheng Technology Co., Ltd. through capital increase and purchase at a price of 6.09 yuan per share.
The total investment amount is 221 million yuan, of which 94.5 million yuan will be used to increase capital and obtain 15,514,300 new shares of Xicheng Technology;
the remaining 126 million yuan will be used to purchase 20,685,700 shares of Xicheng Technology.
