According to real-time on-chain data, the Blob target has been increased to 14 per block, and the maximum capacity (Max) has been increased to 21. It is understood that BPO (Blob-Parameter-Only) is a lightweight upgrade mechanism introduced after the Fusaka upgrade. Unlike traditional hard forks, BPO allows for rapid iteration of only Blob-related core parameters without the need for complex network-wide consensus reconstruction.
