【BitTui】A senior investor recently reviewed three legendary figures in the crypto investment circle.
First on the list is Kyle Samani, founder of Multicoin Capital. This guy participated in Solana’s seed round investment early on, and the subsequent returns speak for themselves. Even more impressive, during the FTX crash, he didn’t panic sell like many others, but instead held firm conviction in the sector. This kind of courage in contrarian thinking is truly admirable.
Second is Chris Dixon from a leading crypto investment institution. His strength lies in early promotion of crypto and Web3 investment logic within Silicon Valley and institutional investor circles. Two major financing rounds he led—the Series B of a leading exchange platform and the Series A of a leading DEX—both became textbook case studies.
Third is Dan Robinson from Paradigm. This guy’s resume is truly legendary: deeply involved in building a leading DEX from its earliest days, co-author and foundational contributor to the V3 version; simultaneously a core figure in Flashbots’ early stages, directly driving the formation of modern MEV auction systems; he also participated early in Plasma (precursor to modern Rollup technology) research, and subsequently led the seed round investment in Optimism.
What do these three have in common? Exceptional vision, decisive execution, and outstanding grasp of technological trends. They not only made money, but shaped the entire landscape of Web3 investment.

Kyle Samani's Solana seed round move was indeed brilliant, but honestly, staying bullish when FTX collapsed... that took some serious guts, haha. I definitely couldn't have done that.
