币界网消息，据韩媒edaily报道，韩国加密交易所Coinone已正式起诉韩国金融情报分析院（FIU），要求撤销部分停业处分并申请停止执行。此前，FIU以违反《特定金融信息法》为由，对Coinone处以52亿韩元罚款，并指出其存在与未申报经营者交易、KYC及交易限制相关违规。报道称，Coinone提起诉讼后，韩国主要交易所Upbit、Bithumb、Coinone均已围绕FIU制裁进入法律争议。
