据韩媒 Edaily 报道，韩国加密交易所 Coinone 已正式起诉韩国金融情报分析院（FIU），要求撤销部分停业处分并申请停止执行。此前 FIU 以违反《特定金融信息法》为由，对 Coinone 处以 52 亿韩元罚款，并指出其存在与未申报经营者交易、KYC 及交易限制相关违规。报道称，Coinone 提起诉讼后，韩国主要交易所 Upbit、Bithumb、Coinone 均已围绕 FIU 制裁进入法律争议。
