Sui blockchain has established a partnership with Figure Technology Solutions subsidiary FCC to issue SEC-registered debt securities $YLDS natively, marking the entry of traditional fintech companies into the Web3 space. This move follows Figure’s NASDAQ listing and combines Sui’s high throughput with the security of the Move language, injecting compliant liquidity into RWA and institutional-grade DeFi.
YLD Product Features
$YLDS is supported by short-term government bonds and repurchase agreements, with a yield of SOFR minus 35 basis points (minimum 0%). Interest is calculated daily and paid monthly, targeting individual and institutional investors. It supports instant P2P transfers and 24/7 exchanges, providing fiat entry and exit channels, without FDIC insurance and only supported by FCC assets. DeepBook Integrated Application
The first stop of the collaboration focuses on the Sui core liquidity layer DeepBook, launching a margin trading system that utilizes an independent stablecoin lending pool to profit from trading fee lending interest liquidation.
