Users complete an order via on-chain transfers. During the payment process, it is essential to use the same cryptocurrency, network, and receiving address as specified in the order. An error in any one of these three elements may result in a loss of funds. After payment, please wait patiently for on-chain processing and confirmation until the order status indicates 'success'.
1. On the merchant platform’s checkout page, select any available cryptocurrency and network provided by the merchant. Once confirmed, the corresponding receiving address, along with its associated cryptocurrency and network, will be displayed.
2. The user can scan the payment QR code provided by the merchant or copy the receiving address to initiate the on-chain transfer using any personal Web3 wallet or platform that supports on-chain transactions.
3. Confirm the receiving address, payment amount (including gas fees), cryptocurrency, and network details before proceeding with the payment. Wait for on-chain processing and confirmation until the checkout page indicates payment success.
Note: On-chain transfers require waiting for a sufficient number of blocks to be confirmed. Processing speeds vary across different blockchains, so patience is necessary.
