Odaily Planet Daily reports that Nikita Bier, Head of Product at X, announced on X that the platform has launched a new feature called “Exclusive Threads,” allowing creators to monetize their content through a subscription model. This feature uses X Timeline as a distribution channel, enabling experts and writers in specialized fields to earn more revenue. Unlike content subscription platforms like Substack or Patreon, X does not take any commission from creators, and users can access subscription content without leaving the app.
