Iran's Revolutionary Guard launches a large-scale new generation missile attack on U.S. Zaytouna and Ali Salim Air Force Bases

Gate News reports that on March 6, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran announced that on the seventh day of the U.S.-Israel war and invasion against Iran, Iran continued its “Real Commitment 4” military operations, round 22. On that day, Iran launched a large-scale new generation missile attack targeting U.S. and Israeli targets with diverse and extensive joint strikes. The announcement stated that Iran used various drones and precision missiles to strike the U.S. Zafar Air Force Base in the region. During this operation, in addition to destroying the base’s early warning radar, the hangars used to store and repair MQ-9 drones and U-2 reconnaissance aircraft were also destroyed and are still burning. The announcement also mentioned that a primary school in Minab city was previously attacked, resulting in the death of 165 students, and this attack was launched from that base. Iran also used cruise missiles and ballistic missiles to strike the U.S. Al Salim Air Force Base, destroying its early warning radar and related facilities, aircraft fuel depots, and two airport runways.
