This is about principles, not individuals.” Her departure comes amid escalating controversy: disagreements among AI companies over the boundaries of supporting the U.S. military with this technology have intensified. Recently, negotiations between the U.S. Department of Defense and Anthropic broke down after the latter demanded strict restrictions on domestic surveillance and autonomous weapons.
