Tencent Light Cloud becomes a sponsor of OpenClaw, following Baidu

Gate News reports that on March 15, according to the OpenClaw Github page, Tencent Light Cloud has become a sponsor of OpenClaw, following Baidu. Previously, the founder of OpenClaw stated that Tencent’s bulk data scraping of ClawHub caused server costs to rise. In response, Tencent’s official AI account publicly clarified that SkillHub is defined as “a localized skill platform built on the OpenClaw ecosystem,” aiming to provide better usability and speed for Chinese users. Tencent also mentioned that team members are active code contributors who have submitted code and pull requests and are willing to be better sponsors.
