Datavault AI acquires NYIAX for $60 million, strengthening blockchain trading infrastructure

Gate News, March 19 — Datavault AI recently completed its acquisition agreement with NYIAX, aiming to enhance its blockchain data and tokenized asset trading infrastructure. This transaction formalizes the previous letter of intent into a binding agreement, with plans to integrate NYIAX’s trading platform technology into Datavault AI’s existing tools to facilitate the tokenization and trading of digital and real-world assets. The total transaction value is approximately $60 million, and Datavault AI will issue 78,947,368 common shares to NYIAX equity holders, with some investors opting for cash payments.

This acquisition is part of Datavault AI’s broader market expansion strategy, which includes launching multiple platforms such as the Information Data Exchange and the International Elements Exchange. Additionally, Datavault AI will collaborate with Sports Illustrated to launch a sports-themed exchange. NYIAX, known for its Nasdaq-based advertising exchange, will help Datavault AI achieve standardization and increased transparency in media trading. As of press time, Datavault AI’s stock price is $0.78, with a market capitalization of approximately $462 million.
