Kenya Publishes Crypto Regulation Draft Covering Stablecoin Reserves and Licensing Rules

Gate News, March 19th, Kenya’s National Treasury published the draft Virtual Asset Service Providers Regulations on March 18, opening a public consultation period. The draft covers key areas including stablecoin reserve requirements and licensing rules for crypto service providers.
