On April 13, 2025, $OM (Mantra) crashed by roughly 90%, plummeting from over $6 to around $0.40. The Mantra team blamed "reckless forced closures" on exchanges due to high leverage in a low-liquidity market. Large $OMdeposits on exchanges before the crash fueled speculation of strategic selling.
