#比特币战略储备法案

New Hampshire's move to include Bitcoin in its strategic reserves is a milestone, and its short-term and long-term impacts deserve in-depth discussion:
1. Short-term price catalyst: Although the 5% public fund ratio is limited, this policy sends a signal of "government-level institutional recognition of Bitcoin's value storage attributes," which may boost market confidence and attract more institutional funds. Meanwhile, the current market capitalization of Bitcoin has surpassed $1 trillion, meeting the requirements of the legislation, and may drive buying demand in the short term.
2. Long-term demonstration effect: If the fund allocation effect in New Hampshire is stable (such as hedging against inflation and diversifying risks), other financially affluent states (such as Texas and Florida) may follow suit, forming a "state-level FOMO" trend. In addition, this move may force the federal level to accelerate the formulation of a regulatory framework for digital assets, paving the way for more sovereign funds and pensions to enter the market.
3. Risks and Challenges: There is a contradiction between the high volatility of Bitcoin and the demand for the "safety" of public funds. If the market experiences a significant correction, it may trigger policy disputes. Therefore, other states may follow up in the future or tend towards a more conservative ratio (such as 1%-2%), along with traditional assets like gold to diversify risks.
