The first four years of bamboo growth are basically a silent period, and the fifth year is an explosive period. It's actually similar to the crypto world. Good projects need to learn to persevere; even if they are memes, as long as the community is truly doing something, they are worth holding on to firmly.

Watching less and acting less is a common practice during the coin accumulation period. If you watch too much, it becomes easy to let go. Just make sure to log in when you have spare money and continue to buy a little.
Although I've experienced a lot, seeing more still affects my mindset. It's important to keep a good mindset. I leveraged in the US stock market a while ago, but recently I reduced my positions. Leverage is not advisable anywhere; the risk exposure is too high, and one can get played out. Some things seem logically sound, but you cannot control the process, and most people end up failing in that process.
Currently, it seems that the crypto world will get better and better... mainstream capital will gradually enter the crypto world.
