The second-in-command of the US dollar stablecoin, USDC issuer Circle, announced on ( that it has officially launched an initial public offering of 24 million Class A common shares ) IPO (. According to the announcement, Circle will issue 9.6 million Class A common shares, while the remaining 14.4 million shares will be provided by selling shareholders.

The announcement pointed out that Circle has applied to list its Class A common shares on the New York Stock Exchange )NYSE( under the ticker symbol "CRCL". The IPO price is currently expected to be between $24.00 and $26.00 per share, with expected fundraising amounts ranging from $576 million to $624 million, and a fully diluted valuation of approximately $6.71 billion.
In addition, the IPO was underwritten by a number of top financial institutions, including JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs as joint lead underwriters; Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities and Société Générale acted as underwriters; BNY Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity, Needham & Company, Oppenheimer & Co. and Santander served as co-managers, while Ameri Vet Securities, Drexel Hamilton, Mischler Financial Group and Roberts &Ryan served as junior co-managers.
