People are actually not that far from death.

That night, I was sleeping in the oil truck. At first, I turned on the air conditioning remotely, but later I felt it was too cold, so I turned it off and didn't open the window. The temperature was just right, and I slowly fell asleep...
Suddenly, a feeling of suffocation came over me, like a struggle on the brink of death.
Fortunately, my brain woke up instantly, and I immediately opened the door and got out of the car, and my breathing returned to normal.
I'm not unfamiliar with this feeling; I used to drink coffee at night and have experienced palpitations, racing heart, and nearly fainting.
If I hadn't woken up at that moment, I might really have... not woken up.
