8.26 Yuexin Community Daily Report

Yesterday, I talked about the market entering a monkey market state. With the selling pressure at high levels, the panic index before the interest rate cut, or the arbitrage after the whale profits, the interest rate cut does not necessarily indicate an increase. The underlying logic is why the interest rate was cut in September, and why it was not directly announced on August 22, leaving some confusion in the market. This is the wicked capital's harvesting method, which will give the market a week to collect chips up and down. The chips harvested in a week will yield higher returns than those from increases or decreases.

This week the market perspective remains unchanged, hunting in the monkey market is difficult to trade! After getting caught in short-term trading traps, one may suffer losses no matter what they do. Realizing that you are in a crisis in advance and adjusting quickly is essential. I do not recommend everyone to engage in 15-minute short-term trades; if you want to trade, opt for 2-hour intervals. In the monkey market, as long as you choose different time points, you can avoid pitfalls. For example, while most people use 5, 15, 30, 1, and 4, you can switch your K-line to 2, 6, 12... changing your K-line channel. This way, your entry points will align with those of the market makers, and you won't encounter frequent stop-losses and difficult trading situations. Just as we wear different clothes in spring, summer, autumn, and winter, the market trends are the same. Whether it's a one-sided rise, one-sided fall, sideways market, or monkey market, we must learn to use different strategies!

Operational advice, do not be overly bearish, trade within a large intraday range, short at highs and go long at bottoms. The range here refers to 2h and 4h, not 15 minutes.
