After Sleeping for 4 Years, Whale Awakens to Move Thousands of Ethereum Worth Rp130 Billion
After four years of inactivity, a wallet owned by a large Ethereum investor (ETH) with the address 0x7B4C has finally moved again. The wallet is known to have transferred 1.757 ETH worth approximately US$7.88 million or equivalent to Rp130 billion to the crypto exchange Kraken.
Data from Lookonchain shows that the wallet owner has managed to pocket a substantial profit. From the total assets held, they earned a profit of approximately US$3.88 million.
"Wallet 0x7B4C deposited 1.757 ETH to Kraken after a long four-year sleep, with a profit of around US$3.88 million," wrote Lookonchain.
The revival of this old wallet is once again in the spotlight in the crypto market. Such significant activity is often considered an important signal that can influence the price dynamics of Ethereum.
As information, Ethereum (ETH), which occupies the second position of the largest crypto assets, is currently trading at US$4,478 after experiencing a decline of about 3.94% in the last seven days, citing CoinMarketCap, Sunday (21/09).
Not only that, the daily trading volume also plummeted by more than 39% to US$18.28 billion, this movement indicates a weakening of buying interest from investors.
