🚀 My grid strategy: simple execution, steady profit

I once used this method to earn my first 5 million at the age of eighteen. Today I share it with everyone, hoping to inspire those who are still exploring.

📌 Core principle: Buy in portions, sell in batches, and respond rationally to fluctuations.

1. Fund Allocation
Divide the total funds into 5 equal parts. For example, if you have 10,000 yuan, each part would be 2,000 yuan.

2. First Position Building
Use the first fund to buy the target you are optimistic about at the current market price.

3. Averaging down during a dip
If the price drops by 10%, use the second fund to continue buying.

4. Take profit during uptrend
Sell a portion of your position to lock in profits when the price rises by 10%.

5. Loop Operation
Repeat the above steps until the funds are exhausted or all the targets are sold.

💡 Strategy Logic and Advantages

- Not afraid of a decline: buy more as prices drop, continuously averaging down the cost.
- Automatic profit-taking: Sell every time it rises by 10%, securing profits.
- Risk is controllable: Even if the price drops by 50%, you still have funds to position at lower levels.
- Stable mindset: Mechanical execution, avoiding emotional interference.

⚠️ Notes and Optimization Suggestions

- Volatility matching: A threshold of 10% is suitable for highly volatile assets. If choosing stable assets, the ratio can be appropriately lowered (e.g., to 5%).
- Capital efficiency: To avoid idle funds, unused shares can be invested in flexible redemption financial products or stablecoin products to earn additional returns.
- Liquidity considerations: Ensure that the selected asset has good liquidity to avoid difficulties in executing buy and sell orders.

📊 For example

Assuming total funds of 100,000 yuan, 20,000 yuan per share:
- Every successful execution of "buy low and sell high" (10% fluctuation) can yield a profit of about 2000 yuan.
- Even if the price continues to decline, you have 5 opportunities to average down and respond calmly to fluctuations.
