Quantum tunneling effect based on superconductors accelerates quantum computing
In classical physics, electrons are blocked by barriers; however, in the quantum world, electrons can "tunnel"—when energy is matched, they can pass through nanoscale insulating layers and flow freely between superconductors.
Even without applying voltage, a persistent current can be generated between superconductors, which is a direct manifestation of the "quantum tunneling effect" in macroscopic circuits, presenting the quantum world on a macroscopic scale.
This phenomenon subverts traditional cognition and further pushes quantum mechanics from theory to engineering. By precisely controlling quantum tunneling, "superconducting qubits" are constructed, achieving quantum state manipulation and taking a key step towards building practical quantum computers.
The foundation of quantum computing is the stability of superconducting material substrates. Low-temperature superconducting thermodynamic effects are low but costly, while high-temperature superconductors have high entropy and phonons can interfere with quantum field interactions. Therefore, room temperature superconductors balance cost and performance, making them an optimal solution.
Quantum computing has only two positions:
$RGTI and $IONQ , there has been a steady increase of 20% today, which is quite good.
$RGTI does QM full-stack, more comprehensive, mainly for the North American market.
$IONQ belongs to a quantum computing software company, QcaaS provides B-end services.
I currently understand #DeSci.
DeSci can be seen as a grassroots platform for hard technology US stocks. After all, an IPO requires a mature business closed loop. One can experiment and learn in the DeSci field before the relevant concepts mature, and then wait for a mature ticker in the main battlefield.
After playing for 2 years, I have a better understanding, so the concept of superconductors can also be beneficial in both the crypto and stock markets 😆
