This downward movement is the hardest to deal with. You don't know when the pump will happen. If you go short, you're afraid of entering at the bottom, as it could be pulled up by a bullish belt hold at any moment. If you go long, it hasn't finished falling yet, and you'll just incur losses. There's nothing to do but wait, watching you perform.
