#稳定币监管风暴 The founder of a certain exchange recently said something quite heart-wrenching: "Every time the price falls, there are always people who feel like the sky is falling. But the market won't hit the pause button for anyone's emotions."

This sounds harsh, but it's the truth. Looking back, how many hardships has the crypto market endured over the years? Policy crackdowns, flash crashes, project disappearances... there have been many scenes more devastating than the current situation.

To put it more realistically: If the investment framework you have built cannot withstand even a 10% fluctuation, you need to reflect seriously – it's not that you can't understand the market, it's that you haven't managed your own mindset at all.

True long-term thinkers never rely on predicting every rise and fall. Instead, they adhere to the underlying logic amidst volatility and remain clear-headed amidst panic. The market will prove everything over time.

Here we go with the same old rhetoric... but harsh words don't mean wrong, it's indeed time to reflect if I'm too fragile --- Calling for help at just a 10% fall, might as well just stop playing and not harm yourself --- That's right, those who truly make money never get hung up on every rise and fall, they are waiting for that big cycle --- Mindset is worth much more than technical analysis, I only realize that now --- No kidding, the market is this cruel, if you can't adapt, just exit --- Long-term believers? I see more people comforting themselves, haha --- This regulatory storm can indeed weed out a batch of people with poor psychological resilience --- Just listen, when it comes to losing money, you'll still panic, I know I do --- If the framework is loose, it should be patched up, rather than blaming the market, better to blame oneself first --- Every time there is a big dump, someone sets a flag saying they will hold long-term, but what happened...

You're right, it's not the first time, I've long gotten used to it.

You're not wrong. It's those people who shout for help every day, but when you look back, they're doing just fine. It's easy to talk about mindset, but there are very few who can remain unshaken during a fall. If you can't handle a 10% fluctuation, then don't come to the crypto world just to join the fun.

Mindset is something that, no matter how much you explain, it won't help; you have to come to understand it yourself. If you can't handle a 10% fluctuation, then don't play, seriously. --- It hurts to say this, but why do some people still keep stepping into pitfalls? How do you cure greed? --- Long-termism sounds like a cliché, but it seems there's really no better way, right? --- Rather than predicting rises and falls, managing your own hands is the key. That's true. --- It's always like this; every time there's a 10% drop, various opinions flood in, it's ridiculous. --- Those who understand the underlying logic have long made a fortune, while the rest are just telling stories. --- This statement applies just as well in 2005, 2008, and 2017; the market really won't wait for anyone. --- The problem is that most people can't distinguish between long-termism and gambler's mentality. --- Being clear-headed during panic is the most valuable, but it's so expensive that most people can't afford it.

Managing one's mindset is even harder than choosing coins, really.

honestly the "market doesn't pause for your feelings" thing is peak cope from people who've already made it through three bear markets. like sure, portfolio stress tests matter, but most folks preaching this gospel were also panic selling in 2018. funny how wisdom only arrives after you've already paid tuition to the market, right?

It's a mindset issue. In the end, it's still that I didn't do my homework well. When it falls, I panic. How can this be sustained in the long term?

The mindset issue is not wrong, but most people simply can't do it, including myself haha --- It's the same old rhetoric, but it really hits a lot of people's sore spots --- Too many people run away directly at 10%, not to mention this is just the beginning --- It's easy to talk beautifully, but when it comes to the critical moment, everyone panics anyway --- Long-termism sounds easy, but try staying calm when your account falls 30% --- This statement sounded harsher in 2022, now that we all understand it, what's the point --- No matter how amazing the framework is, it can't compare to execution; most people fail in the latter.
