$PI In the past few years, everyone has been exploring in this circle. To be honest, from the early enthusiasm to the later confusion, and now seeing a glimmer of direction again today, this process has not been easy.

But many people ask why we continue to persevere? I think it is probably because we always believe that technology should ultimately serve real life, rather than floating forever in concepts.

Recently, everyone in the community has been discussing the heavyweight DEX that might go live in the fourth quarter. To be honest, this time feels different. What is most surprising about this DEX is that it attempts to anchor its value to real DAPPs, meaning it won't be manipulated by third-party institutions, but instead is connected to a series of real ecosystems. The more impressive the ecosystem, the greater the value!

Only a real ecosystem can jointly support market value. If it is just an ecosystem that can only be seen and not used, the result will still be the same as today.

When it comes to ecology, we must mention the results of the upcoming 2025 hackathon. Remember, a truly viable ecology often comes from keen observations of the subtleties of life.

Only services that cater to real life are meaningful, such as daily necessities like food, clothing, shelter, and transportation. This kind of ecosystem may not be "high-end," but it allows technology to truly enter the lives of ordinary people.
When it comes to Lao Si's layout, we all have to admire his overall perspective. A few years ago, when Lao Si proposed to do "K&C", many people in the circle laughed and felt that it went against the original intention of decentralization.
Because no one had done this before, but time has proven that it is this insistence on the authenticity of identity that paved the way for later development. Because real data is not just numbers, but an advantage in building a trustworthy ecosystem.

The restrictions on the display in the Chinese region do make many people anxious, but as a developer, I actually feel that this is a responsible approach. Imagine if it were fully opened up now, with only a few bare-bones applications in the ecosystem, what could everyone do? Besides speculation, it would just be speculation.
Like a bubble, it pops with a poke.

The current "slowness" is actually giving the ecosystem time—allowing developers to calm down and improve the ecosystem, and to solidify the technology.
We all noticed that the fourth brother is particularly strict on the large-scale ecological audit. Only companies that pass K&B can go live, and currently, there are only 11 that have passed on the list.

This is similar to the early review process of mobile app stores; although the process is cumbersome, it does ensure quality. Some that do not meet the standards cannot be listed.

In the coming months, as more ecosystems gradually go live, the discussions in the community will no longer just be about price fluctuations, but rather about how to use the newly launched DAPPs.

The ecosystem has finally started to develop "muscles" and is no longer just a skeleton. Although there is still a distance to the ideal state, one can clearly feel that the foundation is becoming more solid. Perhaps this path is slower than others, but every step is taken particularly steadily.

This road is still long, but the direction is becoming clearer. I believe that when we shift our focus from value to practicality, we can truly welcome its ecological era.

And we are all very fortunate to not have fallen behind at this crucial turning point~
