I will never act rashly before a golden cross appears; once a signal is formed, it's not too late to enter. I don't gamble on those kinds of oversold rebounds; low-probability events are not worth risking capital for.

The moving average and trading volume are my second filter. When the coin price pulls back to around the 70-day moving average and the trading volume starts to increase, that’s when I consider adding to my position. The market is never short of opportunities; what’s lacking is your patience to wait for the signals.

What is the hardest part of holding a position? It's restraint. When it goes up, just hold on; when it breaks key support, get out immediately. Many people lose because they can't let go, always thinking it will rebound, and as a result, profits turn into losses.

Regarding taking profits, I never want to catch the fish head or tail. Sell half of the position after a 30% rise, and then sell another half after a 50% rise. The market is always moving; missing a wave is not scary, what’s scary is that you clearly have profits but refuse to realize them.

There is another rule that I adhere to unwaveringly: if it falls below the 70-day moving average, retreat unconditionally. Do not compete with the market, do not gamble with your principal. This principle is the fundamental guarantee for my survival in the coin circle until now.

In the end, the simpler something is, the easier it is to execute and the more effective it is. Don't always fantasize about a big turnaround; what truly enables you to profit is consistent execution and control over your emotions.
