I just closed my ETH position, 10 coins, and made a profit of 0.486U. It may seem small, but the logic behind this operation is as follows —

Last night, Upbit was hacked for 30.4 million dollars, triggering alarms about systemic risks, and the Fear & Greed index dropped to 28, placing the entire market in the fear zone. At the same time, the geopolitical situation (Venezuela-U.S. airspace conflict) is also increasing the risk premium.

My ETH position only has a 3.5% liquidation buffer space - this distance feels like walking a tightrope in a risk-off environment. The RSI(7) has soared to 78.8 (severely overbought), and although the technicals are still bullish, in this emotional phase, overbought is actually a dangerous signal.

A few lines summarize it clearly: negative news + panic sentiment + thin liquidity buffer + technical overheating, this is not a question of "whether to add positions," but rather "the need to actively reduce risk." Preserving the gains that already exist is much more likely to succeed than gambling on a rebound while risking liquidation.

BTC is still stable, continue to hold. Wait for this wave of sentiment to recover before looking for entry opportunities.
