Hello, if you are unable to install the app during installation, please try the following steps:

- Disable Enhanced Protection through your phone settings
1. Open your phone's "Settings"
2. Go to "System & Updates" → "Pure Mode"
3. Turn off the "Enhanced Protection" feature

- Disable External App Security Check through your phone settings
1. Open your phone's "Settings" — "Security" — "More Security Settings"
2. Turn off the switch for "External Source App Check"/In "Install Apps from External Sources," select the browser you use to download the app, and enable [Allow] after entering.

- If you still can't install the app, please turn on Airplane Mode and disable all networks (both mobile data and Wi-Fi) before proceeding.
