The market is facing this week with a clear expectation: interest rate cuts. The prices have largely factored this in, but the main question is not “Did it happen?” but what will happen afterward.
Here are my observations: • BTC & ETH: No strong selling in the spot market, pullbacks are still met with buying. This indicates that risk appetite has not completely disappeared. • On-chain side: Net inflows to exchanges are limited. No panic. Large wallets are not rushing, which suggests we are not in a sharp distribution phase. • Liquidity side: If interest rate cuts come, the initial reaction might be upward, but the real move will be clearer a few days later. We have seen many scenarios in the past of “buy the rumor, sell the fact.”
If I were in this position, I wouldn’t blindly bet on one side. In the short term, I expect volatility; in the medium term, selective strength. Those that remain strong are already showing their resilience.
This week is not about decisions, but about reading the market. Let’s see what the market will really tell us.
