The moment I opened my eyes to the market, I froze completely.
A month of hard work, the hard-earned income that I finally saved up, was wiped out in a single day of market fluctuations. That feeling is truly despairing—every penny you painstakingly earn in the real world might only be worth a market shake in the crypto space.
Long-term holders fear this the most. You build your position with hope, only to experience rollercoaster-like price swings. Sometimes, watching your account balance plummet, you really ask yourself: Is this investment worth it?
This is the reality of the crypto world—high volatility is a double-edged sword. It offers you the chance to get rich quickly, but also prepares to impose immense psychological pressure. Many people gradually learn to cut losses or add to their positions against the trend amid this constant emotional tug-of-war.
Whether to hold on or let go, everyone must find their own answer.

One month of hard work gone, truly heartbroken
---
The moment I opened my eyes in the morning, I suddenly realized that the market really doesn’t show mercy
---
Honestly, it’s just that my psychological preparation wasn’t enough; can’t blame the crypto world
---
Me too, I saved three months’ salary and it’s gone like that, I can’t hold on anymore
---
Stop loss or add positions, I’ve asked this a hundred times and still have no answer
---
A double-edged sword is just a double-edged sword, anyway losing money is my own choice
---
Really, watching the dive is more exciting than making money, but living like this is pretty exhausting
---
No such thing as persistence, timely stop loss is the real deal
---
It’s the same old spiel, I’ve heard it all before
---
The moment my account plummeted, my life also lost its value

Really, waking up to find your account shrunk, and your work was for nothing.
A month's income was wiped out by a single drop; this is the crypto world.
Should I cut losses or hold on? Honestly, it's exhausting.
I originally wanted to get rich quickly, but now I’m just teetering on the edge of a mental breakdown every day.
So many people have died in this constant tug-of-war. I think sooner or later, I’ll have to learn to let go.

ngl the volatility math doesn't even check out... if you're losing a month's salary in one candle, you're either overleveraged or just not risk-adjusting properly. technically speaking, sustainable returns require position sizing, not yolo'ing your paycheck into the depths.

looked at my portfolio this morning and the wallet clustering data tells a whole different story... suspicious activity detected in the last 24h. transaction patterns suggest coordinated liquidations, not organic selling pressure ngl

A month's hard-earned money evaporated in a day, and the feeling is truly incredible.
Watching the K-line plummet, I think I finally understand what "life is unpredictable" means.
That's how the crypto world is—profits come quickly, and losses come just as fast. Mental resilience is really important.
Sometimes I feel more like a gambler than an investor.
Between stop-loss and adding positions, I keep bouncing back and forth.
Honestly, losing a month's salary in a day—who can stay calm?
The term "double-edged sword" is so fitting; opportunity and risk are two sides of the same coin.

A month's salary is gone, really devastating
---
Can't hold on anymore, this wave directly discourages me
---
My mentality has collapsed, sleep is still the best strategy
---
Why do I have to torment myself like this?
---
Watching the market is just watching your mentality, I have already broken down
---
Stop loss or add positions, this is truly a soul-searching question
---
In the crypto world, one day is like ten years in the human world, blood and tears lessons
---
Volatility is a double-edged sword? Why do I only see the sword tip
---
This is the difference between gambling and investing
---
I've had enough, not watching the market might help me live longer
